What to Expect on Sunday at 8:45 am
We begin our service with a time of singing worship choruses and timeless hymns.
There will be a pastoral prayer and scripture reading. This is a time to draw close to the Lord in a tangible way by the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Then there will be some announcements at which time we will release the children to their Sunday school class (ages 7-12).
This is to be followed by a biblical message with an emphasis on Expository Preaching.
We celebrate the Lord's Supper the first Sunday every month.
We will close with a few minutes of singing and prayer. We will be dismissed around 10:30.
Feel free to hang around after service and enjoy food and drink at the hospitality table.
Dress is casual. Come as you are.
Nursery/Childcare is provided during service...we love babies and toddlers at SGF.
Note: From 9:00 to 9:30 am, there is a Sunday school for 4-6 year olds. At 9:30 am they will be escorted to the childcare room.
Note: It is ultimately up to the parents whether their children attend Sunday school or remain in the service.
